Why become certified?

Prepare yourself and your family before an emergency.
Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), performed properly
and promptly can help victims survive until the ambulance
personnel trained in advanced medical techniques arrive
on the scene to takeover. Almost two thirds of deaths
from cardiac arrest occurs before the victim reaches a
hospital. Many of these deaths can be prevented if
victims receive immediate help.

Our classes are designed to make you confident and
capable of saving a life in a real emergency situation.
Just knowing how to properly perform CPR will make
you a more useful member of your community. Brain
death occurs within 4-6 minutes after the heart stops
beating. Knowing CPR, starting CPR, and calling 911
is the key to helping save lives!
